"File size exceeds limit (Max: 100KB)" or "Invalid image dimensions".

Common Form Portal Constraints

Many legacy portals have tiny upload limits to save server database space:

  • Maximum File Sizes: Often capped at 50 KB, 100 KB, or 200 KB.
  • Accepted Formats: Usually strictly restricted to JPG or PNG formats. WebP files will be rejected.
  • Signature Image Presets: Signatures are typically requested in wide rectangular slots, such as 300 x 80 pixels.

How to Fit Form Portal Requirements

  1. Use File Size Mode: Switch our tool to File Size mode and choose your target (e.g. Under 100 KB). The compressor will automatically adjust the quality and scale of your JPG or PNG to fit under the limit.
  2. Crop Signatures: Crop the white area tightly around your signature text to avoid waste. Click Crop Image in the preview area and select “Wide Signature” to frame your text easily.
  3. Prevent Upscaling: In Advanced Options, keep “Don’t Enlarge Image” checked. This prevents small files from becoming blurry if they are scaled up.
